182 days.....6 months quit cold turkey smoking cigarrettes YIPPEE!! :)
Hello Everybody! Today mark my 6 months smoke free lifestyle, I thank God for his guidance, and giving me a second chance in life as a non smoker. I celebrate my quit today, and everyday to come. Thank you Everybody, for all the support! To all the newbies, just hang in there. This is so doable. More power to you all! You can do it!!
That's fantastic jojie well done ! I'm still going strong and on day 67 now and don't think about smoking anymore which is just wonderful . All the best to you and to all those who are beginning their journey.
