Still quit

Hi guys, On day 3 and all is going well :) still have constipation and need a few laxettes, :) but it's better than smoking and a reminder that I never want to go through these withdrawals again!

How are you all travelling? Have a fantastic smoke-free day!

Thanks T.H. I'll try anything at this stage (lol) that sounds great I'll give it a go! I've been resisting the munchies myself as one of the reasons I was reluctant about quitting was weight gain. I've been eating raspberries and blueberries. They're not that expensive at the moment (from Aldi), and I find I only need a couple at a time just to curb the craving. And at the end of the day cheaper that fags. Negligible calories too.

good work and keep it going!! I'm on day 5 and had a bit of indigestion/constipation straight away. Exercise and plenty of water seems to be doing the trick for me. A quick walk after a meal is also a good idea. good luck

Well done choosehealth15 your doing really well. I'm on day 31 and got on the scales today and thought "whoops" , not horrendous but need to keep an eye on it now and think the blueberries and raspberries seem like a good idea. :-)
