Welll, I've managed to get through my first 7 day week!! YAY! And I'll have to say that I'm feeling more positive and motivated than ever. I've started an eating and exercise regime too, just to try and stop the kilos going on. Thanks to this forum and everyone in it! And although it's still early days, I wouldn't have made it this far without you. :)

Congratulations on finishing your first week. I have my Gym orientation today, which I'm excited of. I see many are concerned about weight gain, I have the opposite problem...so am hoping this Quit program works & including a low impact fitness program, I'll be able to eventually have a dietician work on a desirable eating program to gain the weight. Keep up with the good work.

Well done in 7days - isn't it awesome, it only all gets better, I'm on 71 days without the old mates and feelin great. My new mates are the weights and the bike machine at the gym - I feel like a new person.
Thank you guys for your support. It means a lot in the early days of quitting. Onwards and upwards!! :)
