I started feeling the effect of Nicotine withdrawal. Some moments are really triggering the urge of smoke like after meal, after coffee, before sleep, early morning after coffee etc but no way this time i will not allow this all to control me, i will control them. Its not a big deal but off-course it needs great will power. Thumps up to you all who have achieved this milestone in their life.Good luck.
