Hello all today I am 120 days smoke free

This is my 5th quit attempt after having smoked for 30+ years.

I have tried zyaban, champix, cold turkey but this time I was hypnotised which has been my best attempt yet.

So to all you out there never give up giving up it does get easier.

GOOD LUCK All.

That's fantastic sconie what an achievement ! I have also smoked for 30 + years , and although am only on day 32 it's so motivating to read about people's quit smoking journeys and success. All the best

Hey Sconie, awesome job! I too have smoked for 30 years, tried many times to quit - zyaban (sent me crazier than normal!), patches (just took them off or smoked with them on), cold turkey (homicidal and suicidal!) and now 32 days free of nicotine thanks to the help of hypnosis. AND have done this free of depression, anger, irritability etc - has been surprisingly less stressful than any other time I have tried to quit.

The freedom from nicotine is amazing and I feel so much healthier! One day at a time I hope to remain free of nicotine.

Keep trying everyone, it is certainly worth the freedom.
