I feel alive, like I am finally living. They are always going to be with me you know, the fleeting thought but that's life and that's what makes it worth the challenges we have to face.
I remember writing a post 12 months ago about how wonderful it will be to start the New Year smoke free and to have a completely different New Years resolution other than giving up smoking. Hahaha yeah well that failed because I was back smoking again but not this time, I feel like I have it beat this time and you know what? I am proud, so proud of my failures more than my conquest because they have shown me that I can pick myself up, dust myself off and start again and that makes me strong.
Merry Christmas guys. Hope you all have a wonderful day with your loved ones filled with love, happiness, laughter and hope.
(How awesome that we get to spend Christmas without missing out on everything because we are out smoking away from every one else!!)

Hi choosing life Congratulations to your success in quitting smoking. You should be proud of yourself. I can relate on how you feel as a non smoker. I quit smoking cigarettes 4 moms ago coldturkey myself. I feel really great, and Free from nicotine slavery. I am very happy!!! Good luck to your continue success. We can do it ;)
