cold turkey

When I first thought about going cold turkey after smoking since I was 20 I thought it was going to be a nighmare, however it has been better thatn I have thought. Sure I get the occasional craving but I am finding it ok at the moment. :-)

Hi gavbollard, Congratulations on your quit! I quit smoking coldturkey 4 moms ago, and I am proud of myself. Good luck to you! It gets easier with time ;)
