Addicted to nicorette spray

I haven't had a cigarette for 2 1/2 months whilst I'm super proud of this, I used zyban for 6 weeks and then used nicorette spray when I got cravings. I do not wish to have a smoke but am now addicted to the spray and would just like some tips to be able to wean myself off it.
