16 days smoke free, SIXTEEN DAYS!!! I am feeling really healthy and clean, I just want to get to the 6 month mark as thats my next goal.

I still have moments, fleeting moments where I think I am going to give in, I want, I need to suck that dirty dirty cigarette in but I know I don't want to, I know that I won't. Anyway these moments are far and in between now.

My vanity is kicking in now and I am happy to report no weight gain, YAY me.

Great - awesome effort - can't wait to log my 16 days - that is worthy of feeling confident in turning a corner for sure - congratulations.

Hi Choosing Life. Your 16 days are great and you have got it broken. The first 2 weeks are the hardest but I would suggest you fix a couple of goals prior to the 6 months. 50 days and 100 days may be more realistic targets in the short term. The 6 months will still arrive on the same day. Go to it.
