To stop smoking one reach the mental state of doing whatever it takes.

In my case being very dependant and having a history of 45 years smoking I decided to use lozenges and found them to be very helpful and continued using them for over 12 months and then finally weeded myself off them by using ordinary mints.

I guess that might sound a bit wussy but have been weed free for 4 years now and have hit the headspace of " I'll never do it again".

Remember you're not actually giving anything up you are merely ceasing to harm yourself.
