Woke up and jumped straight in the shower, applied a patch,had breakfast and got out of the house as quick as I could.Downloaded a quit app on my phone and I have kept checking how many hours I have quit during the day to keep me motivated. I have drank lots of water and only told my husband and daughter. I have found the 20th hour hard however keeping busy to help
