Well here I am. It's been AGES since being on here. Almost 3 years (2nd Jan) since quitting and i feel GREAT! Food tastes better. I am healthier and kids are so much happier. I lost count on how many attempts at quitting it took, but I eventually made it. Never give up on quitting!

Nice to see you posting about your success Velesca.
32 months for me without a ciggie and know it was the best move I ever made to give ém up.

Awesome story Velesca! Congratulations to your success! I quit 6 weeks ago coldturkey and I am very happy, full of energy. I am very proud of myself too !:)
