- I did it all 4 myself ::))
- Yes I did have help with (chantexs )
- Could I had done it on my own With no help NO
- Can you stop after 38 yrs of smoking yes cause I did
- To this day none smoked 1,725 cigarettes that I haven't had :::)))
- My last cigarette was July 24th 2014

Ihavent counted the smokes but Ive saved $13,200.00 . Smoking sucks
