Why I want to quit

I want to quit desperately at times and at other times i don't. It has been a big part of my routine for a long time and I am nervous about losing that time to myself and the things I do attached to smoking. But..............I would really rather be a non smoker. Long trips in the car with family means I have to stop for a break. I have to go outside hotels, find places when out with family to go for a smoke and I want to be free to not waste time doing these things. I know if I can just beat the first week I can get it done this time. I want better focus and to do more exercise.

Anyone can Walso....As a veteran smoker of 50+ years my last week has been great, no smokes at all, no patches, no tablets, no cravings but a bit of changing my habits. Change the routine get the family on side to help and be beside you and you will do it. If you really want to you can, even I believe you can.

I was a smoker 3 weeks ago now I am a non-smoker. I am very happy that I quit, I feel great, I can breath again. I quit cold turkey for the first time. I told myself or my mind that I am in charge. If I can do it, you can too.

Your story its my story, I feel exactly the same Walso...tomorrow will be my first day without smoking I;m going cold turkey so fingers & toes crossed . Good luck,You can do it !!!

I've been on champax 12 days only had 1 smoke today. I failed going cold turkey tried so many times. Champax is working I don't have any cravings don't know why I had that 1 smoke. A habit after my morning coffee I think. Every day for the past 12 days I've wrote down how many smokes and I've decreased it every day. 26 a day to 1 is excellent for me.

I looking forward to being a non smoker I'll have so much money. I spend 80 + a week on them imagine what I'll do with all that spare money lol.sunday is my quit day

Thanks to everyone for the comments. First real day of quitting today and here I go. I will smash this.

My quit day is Saturday. Cold turkey. I don't want to feed my body nicotine through other outlets. I believe that will cause me a longer struggle. Just do it, I say. Mind over matter :) we all have the ability to do this. Best of luck and wishes! Xoxo for your endeaver!!
