There's no such thing as just one
I was diganoised with mild COPD in December of 2005. Since then I have tried quiting so many times that I have truly lost count. I think my biggest problem is I get lonely, my husband still smokes so he's out in the garage all the time (I don't allow smoking in the house) so I go out to see him and end up smoking. I know it's just an excuse, I have asked him to quit with me but he's just not ready, even though he knows he should. I need some kind of support system, that's why I'm writing here. I have now gone 2 days with this I am hoping will be my last quit. If you are just trying for the first time, please stick with it, don't give in. I wouldn't wish this rollcoaster of quiting and starting again on anyone. I just HAVE TO QUIT this time.

Try reading Allen Carrs Easy way to quit smoking. It really helps change your perspective.

I'm with you! Enjoy the weekend. Enjoy the fresh breath you take in as your husband chooses smoke instead. Celebrate your choice!
