Smoking is getting easier - but that is all at home. I was supposed to go out with a friend this weekend, and I opted not too. I don't think 3 weeks is long enough to keep me strong enough to go out to a bar, where I would have a drink and others would be smoking. So I opted to stay in. But i am glad I made the choice, I will be stronger later, but for now I want to keep quitting and not tempt myself.

Hi RSQAPUG

Totally a wise decision!! Well done! Keep on doing what you need to do in order not to smoke, I promise the sacrifices that you are making now will pay off in the end. Im on 387 days as a non smoker and I will do it all over again.

HANG IN THERE - it does get easier!!!

Thanks Mix! I just hope my friends can understand my not wanting to go out. I think I just need to be a homebody for awhile. It will all be worth it. :)

Hi RSQAPUG,

You will know when the time is right for you to go out to a bar. I am sure your friends will understand that you have to do what is right for you :) I am only on day 35 myself and only last weekend had my first night where I was out with friends who several of them smoke. you will be fine :)
