Think of how many cigs you didn't smoke for those 48 hours! You were still successful and gave your lungs a break! Never quit quitting! I smoked for 35 years, tried everything, champix is working for me, I am day 49 smoke free. Champix really does help because it make cigs so unapealing, but you still have to use willpower. You will get there, don't beat yourself up, just keep trying and if you want it badly enough it will happen. All the very best to you on your journey!
