104 days smoke free well go me. it hasnt been easy. I try to keep a positive outlook and remember how good I feel. I decided to use Champix for another 3 months because I still get cravings from time to time esecially when around other smokers...I hope this feeing subsides soon. To help with the cravings I chew mentos gum. I find this really helps.

104 days is a great effort. I'm approaching 12 months and I can tell you it does become easier. I still have cravings at times (Drinking at hotel, having a coffee, etc) but nowhere as strong as they were when I first stopped. Stay strong and good luck.

well done! I stopped 10 weeks ago have 9 days left on the course the last month has been the worse, felt terrible. The good stuff is my lungs are so much better & I can breathe properly. So this is so worth it. I can't wait to get off the pills and I will do my best never to smoke again because, yes, champix does it's work but the pills are just awful.
