Thanks for the comments :) I'm now day 6, Champix is changing its role from, making me disinterested in fags to, re-arranging the contents of my stomach, am drinking Wheat Grass morning and evening as am aware after 40 years of the evil weed my entire being has become used to it and needs help with the Detox. I know Champix has a lot of side effects and am not sure whether its the drug or nicoteine withdrawal that is causing me to feel many many emotions etc.

Anyways, am really happy at getting this far , will pray for another 6 days clear and check back

Best of luck to all

Hi Epsilon

366 days smoke free due to Champix. The emotions are possibly the Champix - I had the same see-saw thing with my emotions - keep on reminding yourself that its only the tabs. Do whatever you need to do to counter act the emotions and PLEASE tell the people that shares your space at home and work so that they understand. Champix is a very emotional experience but the outcome of not smoking is loads better!!

As for the nausea and re-arranging your stomach contents try and eat first then have your tablet, I found that it helped a lot. You can even try and eat dry biscuits plain or ginger after you took your tab. If possible try and do the full 3 months, I smoked for 30+ years and I think I would've started again if I didn't stay the course.

HANG IN THERE

Good Luck
