BEEN 3 WEEKS PEOPLE !! 😆😫😙😗🌟★🌟🌟

Still on champix but only have one a day because I was sleeping a lot and loosing my temper too quick plus just not my selfie. Fine now though, still, no smoking ! Yay .. Instead I've taken up swimming hehe update you all in a few weeks.. :-)

Congrats that's fantastic! I too am starting to feel tired a lot and headachy, I wondered if it was the champix or the withdrawals from cigs, I'm two weeks smoke free now and I must say I really have not been craving it and the first week I felt great but now not so great. When u went to one pill a day did u start to have more cravings? And did the icky feelings from champix go away?

Congrats P3eace keep it going.

I too reduced to one a day very quickly as I did not feel I needed the evening pill. The cravings did not come back when I reduced and the sick feeling subsided.

I did however complete the full 12 week course because I have heard of people coming off it too soon and then start smoking again.

Good luck with the swimming.

Thanks guys !!! Kam, I was afraid of the cravings coming back if I went down to one, but it takes a little bit of will power as you are doing now to let the cravings ppass. Like Dak, I feel so much better and will complete the 12 week course .. I feel more like myself now just with a morning - but see how tyou go, if you feel like you are craving more then go back to two a day.. Depends on you, your mind and will power. What ever u choose, I am proud of you and everyone on here. :-) enjoy the good life. 😯😁🌟🍨🍧🍧🍭🍜🍔🍰🍣🍕🍕🍬🍗

Thanks P3eace and Dak for the input. I skipped my evening pill yesterday and today and I feel a lot better and so far the cravings are not coming back, hopefully it will stay that way! Congrats to all of you for your success to date. We should all feel pretty darn proud!
