I have found a reason to quit, it is plan and simple - the cost to smoke is too expensive! I have put smoking before my need to 'eat healthy food' and this has added to not only my wallet but my care for my nutritional value of my body. Smoking is restrictive and it is an addiction which I have battled with for 17 years, so I know how hard it is to stop! But when I put smoking before everything else in my life, including my bills and had no money for food, it has and was a problem. Maybe I was selfish and thought smoking was my answer to anxiety and made my head feel better, but in fact the opposite was happening. I was nervous and uneasy until I reached for my cigarette, it was a cycle of addiction that held me down and now I want to be free from it. I know it is early days for me to be so blunt about my reason to quit, but I want to feel better physically and with time my mind will change and it starts with a dream. The dream to feel and be healthy and inturn help others. Walk with me on this journey and it need not be lonely but by faith in God, we and I can win the addiction.

You are on the right path to being smoke free - you want it! I wish u all the very best!

Well done, you are over the worst already! Freedom is just there, a breath of fresh air in front of you. Keep breathing that fresh air and freedom is yours for the rest of your life. Congratulations.:)
