WOW 51 days smoke free. Go me I say....sometimes it gets a little bit hard but most days are ok. Anyone just starting their journey dont give up trying... champix has worked wonders for me. Yes the nausea was hard to take and sometimes the upset stomach wasnt much fun either....but I persisted Im so glad I did.

Congrats Lizzie, 51 days is awesome! I am at day 20 smoke free. Champix is amazing! You r right the icky side effects are worth it as I haven't craved cigs at all! I did go down to one pill a day though and feel much better. Keep up the fight you are doing great!,

Hi Lizzyb

339 days smoke free due to Champix - keep up the good work. I found that drinking water helps to take the craving away. It does get easier as time goes on. I still have the odd "thought" but its just a thought nothing more.

Hang in there its totally worth it!
