Day 10 Champix & 6 days smoke free
Hi All,
Just want to share my experience so far. I am on day 10 of Champix and stopped smoking on day 4.. 6 days smoke free which I am so pleased with! I've smoked for 10 years, around 20 a day and this is probably the longest I've gone without in 10 years. No problems with the champix whatsoever and can honestly say I never want a cigarette again!! In the first couple of days I had fleeting moments where I thought about them but it quickly disappeared. Good luck to anyone who is also just starting out!
Congrats cupcakes even though you are just starting out it sounds like you've got the right attitude to do this! I am 20 days in and feeling so good. Champix really helps! Stay strong and all the best!
Congrats , I have been smoking for more than thirty years each day around 13 ,14 cig. I am 46 years old and so far like a healthy man but two weeks back I felt that My sex appetite has gone and could hardly have any relation. One weeks back I decided to reduce and now I am smoking 4 cig a day. During last two three days my said appetite has come back. Today morning I took the first tablet from my champix pack and plan to stop smoking on 19 June 2014. This is my first quit and hope will the last.
