Day 1 over and over

I've moved my quit date 3 times now and I'm very frustrated with  myself. I t seems to go well and then I end up smoking. Doing it cold turkey, and I'm very motivated. I just seem to keep on delaying, which I know is stupid. Anyway, today I'm trying again. I absolutely will not stop trying till I get it done! I don't want to be a smoker anymore!

Dear Winni- You are very brave. You are going great. Compare your smells like your hair, your skin and you clothes to a week ago. You probably have made outstanding progress. Also compare your breathing, outlook and energy levels to the week before. Sometimes the energy levels take a beating because you need time for healing. Be very kind to yourself. your actually doing really well. This is your quit. You are changing your life for the better. Well done.
