Do not under estimate the benefit of this site.

Hi Guys.   I have been clean for 12 months after 55 years a user. This site played a big part in kicking my adiction and still does. I shared my journey with Solo, Bill44,Converse,Pallmall, Motor7676 and Alburyman, all of whom are long time quitters but they are still frequent visitors to this site.  I thank them all for being my support and wish all quitters well.
