Day 4
Its day four of smoking cessation for me. One day at a time. Like most people i found it really hard to quit, even after suffering a recent pulmonary embolism in my lung. I'd previously quit for three and a half years after smoking for fifteen but took it back up again in January this year.
I'm using patch's and another 'aid' which people may frown upon, which i use around five times a day at the moment, Swedish Snus (not snuff). I find it better then the gum and it has helped me to quit a 30-40 a day cigarette habit. I'll deal with discontinuing Snus when i'm ready. Healthy eating and exercise has been a great help with no alcohol.
I dont want to smoke again!
