day 3 on champix

Hi everyone.
Yesterday was my 2nd say no smoking ! I had a lot of drinks with friends but I did not smoke .. I had faint cravings but again didn't act on it. :♢ today my 3rd day and I am hungover. Haha keep up the good work all - remember although these patches and champix etc assist it's willpower that keeps you away :-).

Keep on going p3eace. I used champix after 35 years a smoker and now 4 months smoke free. You can do it and you look far too good to smoke and die young :-) Cheers Brutig.

Thank you for your encouraging words. Well done too you !!! It has now been 2 weeks and still no ciggy business. Haha. How r you going? I hope to get to where u are now one day. :) all the best
