day 1 champix

Day 1 : although I get urges to smoke sometimes,  I feel no need to pick one up, cozi feel sick when I think about it. I am less anxious and my appetite has decreased.  Probably back to normal. Chanmpix is great but I must admit it takes a little self discipline to not want to touch that dirty cancer stick. Haha good luck to all and feel free to post any comments 😍
