I have kept on this site and check in on a regular basis - just to see how everyones going. I reached my 2 year milestone last Friday. I am so proud of myself and cant believe how quickly 2 years have past by. I was like most of you - i had smoked for many years (35+) had quit (unsucessfully) several times, but I never quit on quitting. I wasnt easy, but its do-able. I rarely think of a ciggy now and will never go back. Thanks to all of you who have supported and continue to do so. This site was a great place to visit during my journey. Good luck to you all - you CAN do it. It's simple - just not easy...don't pick it up/don't put it in your mouth.

Thank you for posting this it is great for people like me who are early on in the quitting process to hear from success stories and picture ourselves there in 2 years time.

Well done by the way.
