Day 2 Champix
Heyy All this is my second day on champix.
i didnt have a smoke from 4pm yesterday to 4pm today
i have had a few since tho so i am kind of dissapointed. my quit date is the 8th but i am NOT buying anymore smokes when i run out. i have 10 left.
any advice please

hi just keep trying I quit cold turkey and found walking and keeping really busy in the few weeks really help , I bought a note book and started writing goals and list I have now been 40 days and I am $800 riche and have just booked a trip to bali for me and me family , keep strong , keep going good luck
