Cold Turkey seems to be going well for day 1.. I am a 25 pack a day smoker.. Have gone cold Turkey. Hope it lasts :(

Cold turkey day five,25 pack a day ex smoker, the first three days and yesterday sucked but cold turkey seems to be working best for me. I got Champix but was too scared to take them, as lots of people said it made them feel sick.Go Girlfriend, its tough, but after the first few days you'll be cheering!
