Hypnosis

There were several reasons for quitting that built up over the years and Im happy to share them but I want to share what the hypnotist said. Whether its true or not, I dont care because I want to believe it, and I REALLY do believe it. The tobacco Companies soak the tobacco in sugar so that when you have a puff you're getting a 'hit' of sugar. When you try to give up smoking your body craves sugar but you think its craving nicotine so you have a smoke and get your sugar hit anyway

That would not surprise me at all and I have a huge sugar craving all the time!! Has hypnotherapy worked for you?

Yes, It worked from day one. Tomorrow is day 14 after about 45 years of smoking. I haven't had a cigarette since the 6th March 2014. I still get an urge every so often but I keep a full jar of sultanas on my desk, and they are my sugar hit. By the way, I don't mind the extraordinary number of visitors who 'drop in' to my office for a chat and a handful of sultanas.
