Keeping busy helps distract you. Cleanings good. Sitting and sleeping are bad because you think time to relax and have a smoke. Maybe buy some nice coffee and biscuits and replace smoke with that.

I sit quietly each night inside my house with a little
cup of coffee to relax. I am learning to cook without the smoke break. I recently took up cleaning my kitchen for half an hour each evening. This makes life much easier the
next day. I do my feet and sometimes my hands. Treating yourself with new habits sounds like a really good idea.

hello kittnlitle, i am feeling it also.
i have stopped the coffee (it made me want a smoke) and gone back to tea. i make a pot, sit and write with a cuppa.
