40 Days Woohoo!!!
I just made day 40 and i am going strong. I told you all that the battle between my brain and I, that i would win. And you know what he still try's to get me to have one from time to time and as i have told him over and over I am not smoking anymore! To all that are just starting or thinking of starting the best thing they could do in there life. Just do it! Yes its hard but hay, who controls who here? Get the mind set and just stick with it. If you fall, get back up and start again. You can do it! I am only on day 41 and refuse to let it beat me this time. I have tried giving up many times prior but after 36 years i have had enough. I want my money for me and my wife to gain more assets in our life instead of burning it. Why work if your just going to burn the money you earn, like durrrrr! Anyway i plan to keep going and hope you all do the same. Good luck and be strong, remember who controls who here. All the best.
Every day I have one cigarette I don't need. To cut down I give up three smokes a day that I want. I must be prepared to argue with myself. I self-talk to reassure myself and reinforce things but I should loosen up.
I feel i am at the darkest place in my life, and i am realiseing the negative efects of my luck of willpower and the urge tó selfdistruct had its resoults on my entire life, famílie ,and friends...I am fully commit my self or ego what ever it is called to not only kick nicotine, but as my name suggest, use the snowball theory, and kick all evil habits I possibly can with the same explonation,objective,energy and Your support as well as the collective experience , logic, and inteligence of us and our life while we are here!!
