Why I come back.

Some of you may notice me drop in now and then, I do so because I wan't others to feel as free as I do before they get some of the problems that I did after 53 years of smoking.

Some of you may be old enough to remember Yul Brynner the actor, and Steve McQeen another actor. Both these men had the world at their feet and the last message that they were trying to get across to the rest of us, before they died from smoking, was "DON'T SMOKE".

Apart from anything else, since my wife and I gave up smoking, 617 days ago today, we have not spent just over $17,000.00 on death sticks.
