today was interesting
the title says it all. today was full of so many different emotions all rolled into one, that interesting was all i could come up with.
the day started fine. normally first thing of a morning, the kettle goes on, cuppas made, and outside we go. so why not i figured. the kettle went on, the cuppas were made, and outside I went (forgot my cuppa)
time to be busy.
but as the day went on, the thought of having a cigarette was always there. luckily i had not purchased any more cigarettes as my willpower was tested for the whole day. as difficult as today was, i didn't smoke!!
the first thing both my boys asked me when they got home from school, "did you smoke?" and i was proud to say "no"!!!
You are so brave. I want it to be easy. It is never going to get easier than now. I may as well just do it. I quit
