schedule 17 Feb 2014

Yesterday was 14 days/2 weeks off the smokes. Struggled Saturday night but worked my way through it. I know it is all mind games now and you would think that your own brain would be on your side but no he wants to plays games. So bring it on brain i am ready to change your ways!!!!! I am not going to smoke again! Don't want to and will not so try your hardest, I am going to win! NO MORE SMOKES! Enjoying fresh air and the taste of good food. I use to say to people when i somked that i was part of a dieing breed, did not think at the time it was because i was going to give up. But hay much rather it be that way now. Feel strong and feeling good.

Good for you! Part of dying breed, huh??? My husband would say the same thing... then he had 2 open by pass surgeries.. The Doctor told me that smoking would kill him in a couple of years if he did not stop... that was 10 years ago. I'm so thankful he quit.. And, then with me starting again, he was starting to help himself to my cigarettes again. Could not have that... So I stopped too.
