Working on day 10 today and I feel so strong about quiting this time. As I have said prior I have smoked for 36 years (Idiot) and this would be about my 6th or 7th attemp to quit. I have tried champex twice, patches a few times, gum once but really cound not call it quiting and this is the 3rd time using zyban. I personnally have found zyban the way for me. Champex for me was not strong enough and while I think the side effects of zyban are bit stronger/wieder than champex and at this stage for me, if it works then use it. Anything is better than been addicted to them smokes. I know it is only day ten but I feel so pumped and feel so good about what i am doing and I really just do not want another smoke. I have the urges and cravings and the zyban helps big time, but honestly I just don't want one. I have had a gut full of smokes and I am enjoying the change in my life. My mind set is set and I am going to beat it this time! I hope you all can be and stay and ejoy your own quit journeys. Best of luck and be strong.

Enjoy your new life without the ball and chain. We have a choice...adapt, or die. Good luck all. Stay strong, and lets remind ourselves why we are quiting. It is a matter of life or death.
