Day 7 Champix

Yesterday was day 7 on the Champix and i can definatley feel a lesser urge to smoke and the smell of others tobacco smoke smells so strong to. Saying that i fought with myself and bought a packet last night on my way home from work and smoked 2. Then argued with myself about doing that...Crazy huh!

But today marks the day of my first 1mg twice a day on the champix and its usually when people start this phase that it really kicks in so im preparing for that and also mentally noting other triggers which have popped up that i never before realised i had, see even whilst typing this i feel the urge to go and have one but then when i concentrate on being free from this master i feel stronger within my self for resisting and this is what will keep me going i hope.
