After smoking for 34 years I am now smoke free for 1 year, I am so proud of myself. I gave up so many times and would last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months but I was still smoking. In one year gave up 3 times, oh what was I doing wrong? I don't think anything I beleive all my failed attempts were lessons to help finally kick the habit.  There were some things that helped me on my journey, niccorette replacement came first but 2 things I would say to myself when the cravings were there, NOT TODAY & I HAVE THE POWER.  So I think all the practice really helped and life is so much better without cigarettes. Good luck to all beginning their journey keep trying and it will happen. HAPPY!
