I went over to my friends house and both people were there smoking. I just finished work and was feeling a bit exhausted and wanted to relax. I had a can of coke zero and I asked for a smoke. I thought it would taste terrible and make me sick but it didn't. I enjoyed having that smoke but I still don't want to smoke. My kids love giving me a hug and I don't smell like smoke. They also comment saying that they can't smell me in the car. They had to put their windows down before, not cause I smoked in the car, because the smoke smell was in my clothes etc.

Don't feel bad, they say most usually slip up on their quit journey and the trick is not quit quitting. I quit last year and gave in whilst on holidays, (feeling relaxed and enjoying a beer) but it took me another 7 months to try again. Its never just 1.. There's no better excuse than your kids, and I agree I love smelling fresh all day long!! Remember your triggers and be prepared, maybe ask your friends to help by not smoking in front of you (I'm sure they'll understand, it's really tough). Good luck you're doing great!!

I enjoy a smoke too and one reason I stopped as I don't want the smell on me either. So I say to slip ups, less sookin more cookin and get back on the horse without giving myself a guilt trip. Im using e-cigarettes for the pleasure I feel in blowing out smoke. I don't have kids but my dogs are much happier now.
