Going Cold Turkey , The real deal

I quit smoking a few years ago for nine months. I went cold turkey and experienced some odd withdrawal symptoms . Here are some of them starting at the first month of quitting. Nuasea , Feels like worms crawling under my skin , Nightmares , Involuntary muscle spasms (nearly fell of the bed lol) . Sometimes it felt as if someone was pushing their fingers inbetween my ribs , The pain was undescribable . Also had signs of depression , anxiety . I pushed through it and felt wonderfull after the second month , All the previous symtoms slowly subsided.
I also noticed that most of my cravings was because of habit , Waking up 5mins smoking , eating, smoking etc. The best way to avoid this is to make yourself lazy in getting the siggarettes. Pretend that getting a sigarette is the biggest chore of all chores. Like getting a rootcanal from the local dentist only , the dentist won't kill you , Smoking will. Also see the siggarette as one of the most poisonious things on earth (because it is). I would rather get bitten by a snake than smoke again. For some snakes there's antivenom , for smoking there is no antivenom just sheer willpower and some medical aids to help you.
