Encouragement.

Hi Everybody, I would just like to reassure everyone that quitting smoking is very do-able. There will be times along the path where you will feel absolutely emotionally drained , and feel like giving in to smoking. I would like to say that alot of it for me was over thinking things too much, it is a habit too, a bad one at that. I would also like to add that sometimes when it feels difficult , Just laugh as loud as you can, and say to yourself this is only silly thoughts, I am bigger and better than this ....pardond my French. Life goes on, and this is a silly piece of paper with leafs you breathe in. We are all far stronger than that. It can make you quiet a serious person and effect your mood, can make you irrational, neurotic, angry, frustrated. When I feel like that I say to myself that ...hang on there.... this is a bad voice, or the image of the devil and the angel on the shoulders in the movies. If you want to change it takes some bottle and consistency. It can be done. The main thing is to keep as strong as you can. Laugh in the face of it all it is hilarious, your mind is a powerful tool, be greatful and happy for having the guts to go forward and to give it a shot. The skin looks absolutley amazing and it just gets better and better, it takes years off. Hair and teeth it all improves. The breathing really improves too it just gets better and better. The one thing I can say with absolute certainty is that all you have to do is just take one day at a time that is it. Just one day at a time.
Good luck everyone and keep up the good work.

good luck to you converse, and here is to a better life without those those filthy cancer sticks all the best and have a smoke-free life.
