well it has been 150 days now smoke-free it has been easy for me to stop smoking i hope everyone is still on track all the best, and have a good xmas.

Well done stoprightnow and a great xmas present to. Also as converse has already said thanks for the support and motivation, I'm still on track at 75 days all the best for xmas and new year.
