it's great feeling healthier

schedule 2 Dec 2013

So I'm 20 and have been smoking now for 4 and a half years. I've tried to quit numerous times but have always fallen through as my withdraws went through the roof.. I'd become very hostile and aggressive, I would be an emotional wreck and take everything out on the people who surround me. I am only on day 6 at the moment but am already amazed how champix has helped me so far. I officially quit smoking 3 days ago and surprisingly have had no vial mood swings/heavy withdraws.I've mainly quit to become healthy and to get back into fitness again, I also just want to reduce the change of cancer.. I first started because it was the cool thing to do back in year 10.. Now it's obvious it's far opposite to being cool.. one thing I want to know though, has anybody else been dreaming every single night? Like it feels as though you're dreaming the whole entire time? It's driving me crazy! it's like I go to sleep wondering what going to dream of next..
