First ciggie avoidance.

The one I used last time when I was younger and had quit was to take a walk first thing in the morning. Pre-coffee! Get the fresh morning air in my lungs and just keep telling myself how good it feels to be able to breathe well. Make sure you don't take your smokes with you!
