I am having my first Chistmas smoke free and for the first time my New Years Resolutions doest need to be to give up smoking, I now can think of something nicer to have instead of giving up :)

Hang in there its worth it. The light at the end of the tunnel IS a light not a train ok doesnt how hard it gets.
