The birth of another week

My journey has come to week 2. I woke up this morning and could see the difference in my face, my eyes, in myself. I'm so excited to start week 2 of being quit, so excited to see my new, better amazing life's 2nd week birthday is here and it's beginning. Summer is here, the suns shining I can hear the birds laughing with me, the trees they are talking to me as they sway in the light cool breeze. I went for a walk this morning 6kms I can't wait until I can run it at ease breathing in so deep filling my healthy lungs to the max and then letting air leave my body each time taking a stride getting closer to my destination. Yes I'm one of the lucky ones I have a chance to change my habits, change my life, fight my addiction and it feels like my life is finally on track.
