Day 20!!! Whooo hoooo!!! In 20 days I have not smoked 570+ cigarettes, I have avoided 3990 of tar, I have saved $456+. In 20 days I have seen, felt a change in my body, an improvement. After a couple of weeks I am able to exercise and walk without feeling out of breath and sick. My circulation has improved, and my lung function has also improve significantly. After this journey of 3 weeks my lungs have started to feel clear, and I am breathing easier. But I do feel more tired and some days I feel a real sadness for no reason other then what I think is a mourning of the old me, my old life. I can't believe I'm living day 20 smoke free, 20 days living my new life and I'm so so happy!! There aren't many cons to this new life and the ones I can think off don't stand a chance against the pros that now exist because I chose to begin this journey! I have a long way to go but I can feel it, I know it, that I'm not going back. I'm not having one more puff... 20 days smoke free...
