I found the easiest way

I was smoking 30-50 cigarettes per day for the last 36 years. I had never found a sucessful way of quitting and I had tried everything including a number of cold turkey attempts but was never able to stick with it. I always faltered and returned to the immense power of the cigarette. I always found justification in doing so until I purchased my first electronic cigarette. I took me 4 days to go from 30+ cigarettes to none. I have done this with complete and utter ease and no side effects. I work in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. I know the effects of smoking on the human body but I was still unable to quit until the electronic cigarettes. I have saved over $1000 so far and have never felt better. I can actually fill my lungs with air, I can walk up a flight of stairs without running out of breath, I can walk at a quick pace and even run without my legs burning and aching from the strain. I have no increased appetite and everyone around me that smoked has followed my lead and quit tobacco with the use of electronic cigarettes. I tried patches, gum, champix, cold turkey and none of it worked. The doctors I work with fully support the use of electronic cigarettes and have seen how easy it has been for me. I have not looked back since day 4 of being without my ever present packet of cigarettes.

Electronic cigarettes?.?

Thank you Converse..it really does work. Everything else I tried failed. I always found an excuse not to give up for good because, truth be told, the cigarette had me beat hands down. Electronic cigarettes have given me back my ability to breath, to walk up a flight of stairs and without being crass or crude, I can make love without becoming so out of breath that I have to stop. 9 weeks without a cigarette and I haven't looked back.

Glad yiu found your way that works for you. I haven't done muh research on e-cigarettes but I did read what article that said Australia won't endorse them because there hasn't been much research on the effects of the vapors??? I'm not saying this is fact what do you know about them? It would be interesting to know :) good job and good luck
